비엠따블류It is only my second day after gynecomastia surgery, and the results are truly amazing.
I'm a bit embarrassed, but I'm attaching a photo from before the surgery. It's my second day after finally getting gynecomastia surgery at Yumino Clinic, where I took a half-day off work for a consultation last time. Honestly, before the surgery, I just listened to my friends and believed I could lose weight through exercise, so I wasted all that time. I worked out my chest like crazy, but there was no progress, and hearing my girlfriend say I'd at least be a B cup made me feel really ashamed. Eventually, during the consultation, an ultrasound confirmed that my chest wasn't just fat but was completely filled with mammary gland tissue, so I scheduled the surgery date right away. I trusted the director's promise that he would make the incision through the armpit for a clean, scar-free result, and I already feel like it was a really good choice. The swelling and bruising are much more distinct now, on the second day, compared to when I first came out of the surgery. When I look in the mirror, yellow and purple bruises have spread quite widely around the surgical site. The amazing thing is that even with all this swelling and bruising, my chest line has become incomparably flatter than before... Whenever I wore clothes, my chest always stuck out, so I used to walk around hunched over, but now even when I straighten my shoulders... My chest is flat. Even though I have the compression garment tightened, I can't see any bulges at all, so it feels amazing and good already. The pain feels similar to the severe muscle soreness you get from doing an insane amount of chest exercises. Lifting my arms high is still difficult, and my girlfriend needs to help me a little when I wash my hair. However, thanks to the director explaining everything in detail during the consultation—from the cause to the surgical method—I anticipated this level of discomfort, so it is bearable. The most stifling part is definitely the compression garment; I was told I have to wear it because it holds the chest shape. I bought a breathable short-sleeved shirt in advance, and since it is winter, I am not sweating, so I am managing to stay relatively comfortable. Having to sleep in a straight position is a bit of a struggle, but I forget all about it when I look in the mirror. My girlfriend knows my chest concerns better than anyone, which is why she personally helped me book the gynecomastia surgery; she was happy for me and said it worked out well. It is only my second day, so there is still a long way to go, but I think I will start enjoying dressing up, so I am already looking forward to summer. Director Yumino Now that I've experienced it firsthand, I can definitely tell how skilled they are. It seems they really removed the mammary gland tissue thoroughly. I hope the bruising goes away quickly, and I will come back to leave another review in a few days if the progress improves.
