Hello! My name is Game, and this is my first time considering aesthetic treatments in Seoul. I've heard that Velvov offers good quality and reasonable prices. However, one thing I'm worried about is communication. I can speak some English, but not fluently, and my Thai is also a weak point. Has anyone gone before and would like to share their experience about the level of English proficiency among staff at clinics in major cities?
I want to have a clear consultation because I need to explain the exact results I'm looking for and also understand the risks involved. I don't want any mistakes due to misunderstandings 😅. Does anyone have any advice on how to prepare? And would translation apps or bringing a translator be helpful? I'd appreciate any recommendations!

I totally relate to your concerns about communication, Game! I was also super nervous about this before my first appointment in Seoul. Honestly, from my experience, many clinics in popular areas have staff who speak English, but it's not always perfect—so it's natural to feel a little anxious. I'd recommend preparing detailed notes about what you want, maybe download a translation app as a backup, so you can focus and not overthink during the consultation. Good luck! 😊
I understand, I was struggling with the same thing! I think bringing a translation app will be really helpful. In fact, many clinics have staff who can speak basic English, and with a translation app, you can manage communication 😊
