Hi everyone, I'm Tiến from Vietnam. I'm interested in learning about aesthetic services in South Korea, but I'm having trouble because I can't read Korean very well. When I look at reviews on Korean platforms, I see a lot of different opinions and I'm not sure which ones to trust. Could anyone help me figure out how to tell which reviews are real and which ones are fake?
There's one more thing—I'd like to know if there are any red flags I should watch out for to avoid unreliable or untrustworthy places. I've heard that some clinics advertise too heavily or make promises that sound too good to be true, so I should be careful. But I'm still not clear on it, so I'd love to hear from people with experience here on the forum.
Thank you so much everyone! I really appreciate your advice. 😊

Oh my gosh, I totally understand how you feel! I'm also from Taiwan, and when I first started reading Korean reviews, I was completely lost—had no idea which ones were genuine😅 What I do now is try to find reviews with photos or videos attached, since that gives you a much better sense of what's actually real. Plus, I read through a lot of reviews to look for common themes—if multiple people mention the same pros or cons, that's usually more trustworthy. And you're absolutely right about that point you made—I always skip over anywhere that's over-the-top or making guarantees about results. It just doesn't feel reliable, you know?💭
