How did you manage the swelling and aftercare?

Honestly, I'm not even sure what specific products I should pack. Do I need to bring certain things from home, or can I buy them here in Korea? And what's the best way to care for the area while traveling — any practical tips? I'm worried about doing something wrong and harming myself 😅
