Hi everyone, I'm Xiaoting. I'm seriously considering flying to Seoul for double eyelid surgery. It's much more convenient to have it done in Taiwan, but I've always wanted to try the Korean procedure; I've seen many positive reviews online. Honestly, however, the round-trip airfare, accommodation, and surgery costs make me hesitant about whether it's worth it.

I'd like to know if anyone has flown to Seoul from overseas for this procedure? How did you weigh the costs? Did you feel the results were significantly worse, making it worth the expense, or is it true that it's perfectly fine to have it done in your own country, and you just have to go to Korea? I'm still undecided whether to spend time researching the Korean process or just find a trusted doctor in Taiwan to have it done.

Also, if anyone has experience with this, how did you manage the recovery period? Flying so far, it seems unlikely I could just stay for a week and fly back, right? I'm worried about the hassle of follow-up appointments if needed. Please share your thoughts or experiences!
