Hi everyone! I'm Kim, from Vietnam. I'm planning to go to Korea for some cosmetic adjustments, but I'm quite worried about choosing a trustworthy clinic. I'm not fluent in Korean, so I wanted to ask how you foreigners usually find and select clinics there?
I've heard that some clinics have staff or translators specifically to serve international patients, but I'm not sure how to check if the quality of that service is good. Does anyone have experience contacting clinics in English or Vietnamese? Do they offer online consultations before your visit?
Also, when I go for an in-person consultation, what should I look for to know if a clinic is reputable? Has anyone faced any difficulties because of language barriers? I would really appreciate it if you could share your experiences! 😊

For Kim! I had language concerns too, but I felt so much more at ease after sending questions in English via email beforehand and getting responses. Being able to communicate before meeting in person helps you gauge how considerate the staff is, and it makes the conversation on the day go smoothly😊
