Foreigners want to know how to read reviews, they can't read Korean at all 😅

Hello, my name is Earn and I'm from Thailand. I'm thinking about trying aesthetic treatments in Korea for the first time, but the problem is I can't read Korean at all 😭. I've seen so many reviews, but I don't know how to analyze them. Has anyone else who's a foreigner like me and came to Korea dealt with this issue?

Are there things I should avoid, or warning signs that say "Wow, this is a bit unbelievable"? I'd like to know because I've seen some reviews that seem to be written in a similar style, and I don't know if I should find a translator or what to do. Can I consult anyone who has experience? I want to be sure I'm choosing a truly trustworthy clinic. Thank you in advance! 🙏
