How can I read reviews and trust them when I don't know much Korean?

My name is Chi, from Vietnam, and I'm planning to try some treatments in Korea. However, my Korean is very weak, making it difficult to read reviews on Korean websites. I've only found reviews in English or Vietnamese, but there aren't many.

Do you have any ways to verify reviews? I'm worried about being scammed or getting fake marketing because I can't check the details. Is there a way to distinguish genuine reviews from those written by clinics themselves? Or should I only trust reviews from foreigners who have been there?

And if you have experience, are there any red flags I should watch out for when reading reviews? For example, overly positive comments, or details that seem illogical? I'm very worried and want to be well-prepared before making a decision. Thank you!
