Hi everyone, I'm Jia. I'm currently considering getting a skin treatment or minor cosmetic procedure done in Seoul. However, my English isn't very good, and I don't speak much Korean either… I'd like to ask if anyone has had a similar experience?
I'm a little worried about communication issues at the clinic. Should I look for a clinic with Chinese-speaking staff, or is English generally sufficient? I've seen some clinics have translators or staff who speak Chinese, but I'm not sure if this is standard practice.
If you've had consultations at clinics in Seoul, could you share how you communicated? Did you mention your language needs when you made the appointment, or did you figure it out on-site? I want to do my research beforehand to avoid any last-minute chaos. Thank you!
