Are you planning to do the paperwork at home or go to South Korea? What have you decided?

I'm currently having a serious internal debate. I've been wanting to have some kind of cosmetic procedure for a while, but now I don't know whether to do it in Vietnam or fly to Korea. Both options have pros and cons, and I'm quite confused.

What's appealing about Korea is that the technology seems more advanced, and I've heard that the doctors there are very knowledgeable. But the reality is, it's a long journey, the cost is higher, and I worry about follow-up care if anything goes wrong. Doing it at home is closer and easier to manage, but I'm not sure about the quality and I don't know how to trust them.
