How can I find a trustworthy clinic as a foreigner?

I'm planning a trip to Korea to get something cut or injected, but this is my first time, so I'd love some advice from those who have been before. I don't know where to look to be safe, and do I need a Thai-speaking interpreter even before I make a decision?

I'd like to know how you all check clinics, how you look at reviews, and what methods you use to know if someone is truly trustworthy. I see so many clinics online, but I'm afraid of encountering someone shady 😅 Thanks in advance for your replies.
