Hi everyone, it's Yi. I'm planning to get a small skin procedure in Korea next week, but the flight back is quite long, and I'm a bit worried about swelling. I wanted to ask experienced sisters for advice: what kind of post-procedure care helps reduce swelling faster? Should I use cold compresses, massage, or is there anything I should eat?
Also, I plan to bring some skincare products back home to continue using, but I'm not sure what to choose. I've heard that skin can be more sensitive after a procedure, so can anyone share what kind of products they usually bring back? Like gentle toners, serums, etc.? How should I take care of my skin during the flight?
One more question: I looked it up and it seems there are some precautions before flying, but I'm not clear on what specifically to avoid. I would be so grateful if any sisters who have had international procedures could share their experiences!
