I'm planning to go after the end of the year, but I'm really struggling to choose a safe place. I see a lot of reviews online, but I don't know which ones are genuine.

I'd like to know what most foreigners look for when choosing a clinic. Is there good communication support? For example, are there interpreters or people who speak English or Thai who can explain things clearly? I'm worried about misunderstandings regarding the procedures or what needs to be done before and after the treatment. Does anyone have experience with this? Are there any points I should check during the first consultation?
