Can breast fat grafting look sufficiently natural without implants?

I'd love to try this too, curious about the natural results and how long-lasting it is. Hopefully, we can get some solid information from those with experience!

I'm also very curious about this, because I've been thinking about whether to try autologous fat transplantation, but I'm a little worried about the survival rate and the maintenance effect. I wonder if anyone has tried it and can share their experience?
