It has been quite a while since my nose surgery, but the tip keeps lifting and feels like it is becoming hard, so I think I have contracture. I am so stressed every time I look in the mirror that I want to do it again, but I am worried because I heard that revision surgery for a contracted nose is much more expensive than the first surgery. I have no idea how much budget to set before going for a consultation. Does the cost usually jump significantly if autologous or donated rib cartilage is used for revision surgery? I know that expensive doesn't necessarily mean good work, but I am also uneasy about places that are too cheap, so I would like to know a reasonable price range for revision surgery for a contracted nose. Is there anyone who has personally gone for a consultation or had surgery who can share approximate costs or criteria for choosing a hospital? Since it is revision surgery, I really want to do it right this time for the last time.

If it's a pre-built system, it's expensive, right?
Since it varies greatly from person to person and hospital to hospital, I think it would be best to get a consultation first!
