Hello everyone! So, I'm planning a trip to Korea next month and have already booked a few treatments. Now I'm thinking about aftercare—I feel like I should bring my own from here to be more at ease and maybe it'll be cheaper too? I've listed a few items like cooling masks, silicone scar sheets, and soothing gels, but honestly, I'm still unsure which ones are most important to bring.
For those of you who have been before, what do you usually pack for recovery? I've heard cooling masks are really essential, especially for the first few days, but do you have any brand or type recommendations that you like? And regarding silicone sheets, are they necessary if I'm only getting a light treatment?
Also, are there any other overlooked aftercare tips you might have? I want to ensure my recovery is smooth and that I don't miss anything. I appreciate all your advice! 🙏
