How to understand medical indicators? Making choices as a foreigner in Korea

Hello, my name is Gerel. I am from Mongolia and I am thinking of having some cosmetic procedure done in Seoul. But the problem is... I don't know Korean very well, so it's hard to understand the specifications and explanations on the medical website. How do you all, as a foreigner, choose a medical clinic? What are some things to look for?

Should I read about it from friends, blogs, messengers? Or should I go to the medical office and talk to them face to face? And it seems that there are specifications from expensive trade magazines here - how do I evaluate them?
