Has anyone else had cosmetic procedures abroad? Realistically, what's the minimum length of stay necessary to feel comfortable? I've heard that you can't move around much after the procedure, and there's a downtime, so I need to plan my activities during that time. Since I'm coming from Japan, the airfare alone is quite expensive, so I want to plan efficiently.

I'd love to hear about anyone's experiences, like tips on budgeting, or conversely, things you shouldn't skimp on. I haven't even decided on the type of procedure yet, so I apologize for the vague question, but any advice would be appreciated…
