How can I trust reviews of cosmetic treatments in South Korea?

Hi, I'm Nana. I'm interested in treating blemishes and skincare in Korea, but honestly, I'm not very good at Korean. 😅 Even when I look at review sites in Japanese and English, the information is all over the place, and I can't tell what's genuine.

What concerns me most is that only the overwhelmingly positive reviews seem to appear. For those who have actually received treatment in Korea, how do you choose a clinic? Are there any warning signs or points I should check?
