Language and consultation in Saul — is that enough?

Hi, my name is Muk. I'm planning to go to South Africa next month for a beauty consultation, but I'm worried about the language barrier. My English is okay, but not fluent.

I'd like to ask if the consultation centers in South Africa are generally good at handling English? Do they only speak English, or do they require a translator? For those who have had consultations there, could you tell me if the results are natural or if special preparation is needed? I want to be sure I understand the process before paying.
