Hey ladies, I'm planning a trip to Seoul for some minor cosmetic adjustments, but my Korean is limited to basic English and Vietnamese. I'm a bit worried about whether the doctors at the consultation clinics will be able to communicate in English. Or will I absolutely need a translator?

I've seen some posts online from women who've had consultations in Seoul saying English was fine, but I'm not sure if only the bigger clinics have English-speaking staff. I also don't want to incur extra costs for a translator. Has anyone been through this? Please share your advice! Thanks, ladies!
