Hi everyone, I'm Anggun from Indonesia and I'm planning to get aesthetic treatments in Korea next year. But honestly, I'm a bit nervous about how to find a truly trustworthy clinic, especially due to language and communication barriers. I'd love to hear about your experiences — how do you select a clinic? Is it really important to have a good interpreter, or have some of you consulted directly using English/other languages?
What I'm worried about is how to truly understand the procedures and realistic expectations, not just be given empty promises. Are there any specific signs to look for during the first consultation? Also, what should I prepare before meeting the doctor?

I'm also considering doing it next year and totally understand your concerns! I'm currently gathering information on some clinics and have read about many people's experiences. It really feels like doing your homework beforehand and checking if there are Chinese or English consultations available is very important.
Hi Anggun, do you have any friends or acquaintances who have undergone treatments in Korea? I'm also from Vietnam and feeling the same anxiety as you, but I'm not sure whether to hire a translator or just try to communicate with the doctor in English 😅
