How long should I wait before flying after a nose filler procedure?

I'm scheduled to go to Korea next week and would ideally like to get the procedure done there, but my return flight is just three days later. I'd like to hear from people who have actually had it done about how long swelling and redness typically last, and when it's safe to fly.

Should I really allow about a week? Honestly, my schedule is quite tight, so I'd like to know about a realistic downtime. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
