Hi everyone, I'm Shuangshuang. I'm planning a trip to Seoul soon for a minor cosmetic consultation, but I'm a bit worried about the language barrier. My English is okay, and of course, Chinese is no problem, but I don't know any Korean at all... I wanted to ask if it's possible to communicate in English or Chinese when consulting at a medical aesthetics clinic. Or do I absolutely need a translator?

I've seen that some clinics seem to offer Chinese consultations, but I'm not sure if all of them do. Have any of you been to Seoul for consultations recently? How did you handle the language issue? Are translation apps okay, or do I need to book a Chinese translator in advance?

My main concern is understanding the entire process so I don't end up in an awkward situation at the clinic not knowing how to communicate. Any experienced sisters out there who can share their insights? Thanks!
