I am wondering if I can manage the procedure with only local anesthesia, or if there are cases where general anesthesia is necessary.

Please also let me know if there is a significant difference in pain between the non-incisional and incisional methods, and how long it took to recover from the pain and return to daily life after the surgery.

I would also like to know which painkillers were effective.
