I know, right? When I was looking into it, I checked out several places, from large hospitals to private clinics, and so many of them had the consultation manager do the consultation, with the doctor barely spending 5 minutes on it, lol. At Bangjiseong Clinic, where I went, the doctor personally consults with you. They spent over an hour meticulously checking my hair and scalp condition while explaining everything, so I really do think the professionalism of the consultation is important.

I've found that after looking around, there's always one place that really catches my eye. I visited about five places myself, and out of those, Mplus was the one that stood out, so I've booked my surgery there.
