The reason I'm considering facial contouring surgery isn't so much that my face looks big, but rather that I'm bothered by the empty space on the sides.
I can't really tell by looking at myself whether the problem is my cheekbones or my jawline.
If I get facial contouring surgery, is it more about refining the overall proportions of my face rather than just making it look bigger?
When looking at before and after photos, I think I need to distinguish between the changes from the front and how the photos look.
For those who have had facial contouring surgery, did the actual diagnosis match the areas you were concerned about?

I think it can be a bit different sometimes! But usually, they do accommodate my needs and just as I envisioned it haha.
It definitely did decrease, though.
