Hi everyone! I'm Zaya, from Mongolia. I'm planning to get a small cosmetic procedure done in Seoul soon. But since I have to head straight to Russia and Mongolia right after, I'm also worried about managing swelling afterward.
So, what products should I bring with me to reduce swelling after the procedure and downtime? Or is there a strong ingredient that's particularly effective for swelling? I'm not sure how to care for it during the flight.
Has anyone gone through this before? What advice do you have? Which products actually helped you? I'm pretty anxious about this, so I'd really appreciate any input!

I totally understand where you're coming from — I'm also from Mongolia, so I get it :) From my own experience, bringing a good hydrating face mask and a cooling mask before flying was honestly a lifesaver. If I wear them on the plane, they actually help improve fine lines and wrinkles pretty easily. It might be a good idea to have a detailed conversation with your doctor or dermatologist about what specific concerns you're trying to address!
