Do any of you have experience caring for swelling after minor procedures? I'm going on a trip soon 😅

Hi ladies! My name is Hanh, and I'm planning to have a minor procedure done before going on vacation in a few weeks, but I'm not very sure about the aftercare. I've heard swelling is normal, but what should I do to reduce it? Does anyone know what products I should bring when traveling?

I'm worried about flying and staying in a hotel, and I can't stay still. What kind of skincare products should I bring? Like a cooling mask or something similar? I also don't know how long it will take for things to go back to normal. Has anyone else been in a similar situation? Could you share your experiences with me?
