How can foreigners find a trustworthy clinic?

Hi! My name is Fah, and I'm from Thailand. I'm planning a trip to Korea next month to try some beauty treatments, but I'm confused about how to find a trustworthy clinic. 😅 There are so many clinics, I'm sure, but I don't know what criteria to use to choose.

My main concern is language and communication. For those of you who have been to Korea before, could you tell me what kind of translation services clinics offer, or if it's necessary to arrange them in advance? And during the procedure, were the doctors or staff fluent in foreign languages? I'm hoping for clear communication.
