How do you tell if reviews for beauty treatments in Korea are trustworthy?

Hello, my name is Ana. I'm interested in cosmetic treatments in Korea, but I can't read Korean very well, so I'm having trouble figuring out how to judge reviews.

I look at various things on Google and social media, but it's hard to tell if they're genuine impressions or something suspicious. I feel like there's a lot of exaggerated advertising, especially for information aimed at foreigners, which makes me anxious.
