For those of you who had facial treatments in Korea and then flew back home, how did you take care of yourselves afterward?

I'm planning to fly to Korea for a minor procedure (not major surgery, just some kind of injection or bleaching) and then return home in 2-3 days. I'm very worried about swelling on the plane and don't know what to bring back for post-procedure care. Do any of you have experience with this? Please share your advice!

I need to know: how long does the swelling usually last? Is it safe to fly after a few days? And what should I bring, for example, gentle products, face masks? Should I buy them there or bring them from Vietnam? Could someone please list the necessary items for me?
