My boyfriend has a fairly high nose bridge, but there is a prominent hump sticking out in the middle of his nose.
Since his nose bridge isn't low to begin with, I don't think he necessarily needs an implant. I'm wondering if just shaving down the protruding bone to smooth it out would suffice, but I should probably get a consultation anyway, haha.
However, nose surgery for men is quite different from that for women, so choosing a hospital is difficult. Could I possibly ask for a hospital recommendation?

I think it would be good to look into various hospitals.
Yeah, I plan to do that.
I heard that if you have a high hooked nose, it can be improved just by lifting the tip and trimming the bridge.
It would be great if that were all there was to it. The surgery wouldn't be complicated either.
Go to a place with lots of reviews from men!
Since you recommended Ruho in the comments, I'm planning to go for a consultation first! Haha.
I recommend Ruho Plastic Surgery for men's noses! My boyfriend had his bulbous nose surgery done there, and it turned out so, so well.
Thanks for the information haha
If you have a high nose bridge, it seems like you really don't need implants and just need to trim the hump. The director's skill and experience are impeccable, and since it is a clinic with many reviews showing great improvement after surgery, I recommend checking out Yerom. They design the procedure with keen sensitivity, paying attention to even the slightest angles, and the line turned out clean and flawless!
For the men, it's Jayjun Cowon.
Thank you haha
Make sure to check out Director Lee Kyung-mook at Objet lol. There are tons of reviews for male hooked noses, and his surgical skills are unrivaled; he creates a clean, straight line perfectly.
This clinic performs surgery while preserving each individual's unique facial features and attractive points, so it seemed to enhance the overall look of the face. It is Private Yerom, which I have been keeping an eye on. You should check it out with me. I heard they meticulously plan and execute the surgery, and it didn't feel like a factory at all~!
Thank you haha
XO is really good at male rhinoplasty. The director is incredibly meticulous in assessing skin thickness and cartilage condition, and he positions the implant and shapes the nose accordingly. You should check it out. He raised the bridge of my nose without making it look unnatural, so the surgery turned out well with a perfectly straight line that is neither too exaggerated nor too lacking.
In the Seoul area, many men also visit Just and DA Plastic Surgery.
Maeburi by DA Just Jayjun is good, and that day is fine too. Overall, it doesn't feel excessive.
