While scrolling through reviews on Korean local platforms, I'm a bit confused about which ones are trustworthy and which ones seem like fake reviews. Can anyone help me read reviews more smartly? Or do you have tips on how to tell if a review is genuine or not?

Besides that, I'd also like to know—in your opinion, what red flags should I look out for when reading reviews or consulting with a clinic? I've heard of clinics that over-promise results, or are not transparent about risks, but I'm afraid of misinterpreting things. Has anyone experienced this?
