Is getting double eyelid surgery in Seoul worth it, everyone?

I'm considering flying to Seoul for double eyelid surgery. Since I'm in Vietnam, I'd have to factor in flight costs, accommodation, time off from school... it'll likely be quite expensive. But I've heard from many people that the techniques there are different and the doctors are experienced. I'm also unsure if I should look for options in Hanoi or Saigon, as I haven't thoroughly researched places in Vietnam yet.

My questions are: has anyone gone to Seoul for this procedure? How long is the recovery period? And more importantly, what factors should I consider when deciding whether to fly there or not? I'm really not sure if it's a smart decision or if I'm just being overly influenced by beautiful online images.

If anyone has experience or advice, could you please share it with me? I need a more realistic perspective.
