Hi everyone! I'm Chialing, and I'm heading to Korea next month for a minor procedure. I'm currently getting ready with my packing and post-procedure care items. I'm a bit worried about the recovery period after flying back, so I wanted to ask what everyone usually brings. Things like cold compresses, silicone scar sheets, or soothing gels.
Right now, I'm unsure about how much to pack and whether it's more cost-effective to buy items from Korean drugstores versus bringing them from Taiwan. Some people say cold compresses are a must-have, but I'm not sure which type is best for my skin condition. If you've been before, could you share what you actually brought and if you found it useful?
Also, I was wondering if anyone has used at-home soothing products. Or is it enough to rely on what the clinic provides? This is my very first time undergoing this kind of procedure, and I want to be well-prepared without overpacking 😅 Thanks for any advice!

Hi there, I'm also planning to get some light treatments in Korea next month, so I really relate to your worries! I think you should ask the treatment place directly what they will provide, and then bring a few favorite products from home to feel at ease. You don't need to pack too much 😄
