I'm Vietnamese and don't know much Korean – how can I trust online reviews?

Hey ladies, I'm considering some beauty treatments in Korea but only speak English and Vietnamese. When I search for reviews or feedback, there are tons on Korean sites, but I can't read Korean, so I'm worried about misinterpreting things.

I wanted to ask: what methods do you usually use to find and read reviews when you don't know Korean? Are there any signs to spot fake or overly optimistic reviews? Like, are there any specific words or writing styles that you know are usually untrustworthy?

Additionally, I'm concerned about those "too good to be true" promises in the descriptions of beauty establishments.
