As a foreigner, how can I find good reviews for Korean clinics? 😭

Hello, my name is Aon and I'm from Thailand. I'm thinking of trying beauty treatments in Korea, but the problem is I'm not very good at reading Korean. My friends suggested looking at reviews online, but I don't know which ones to trust, or if there are any ways to help me read good reviews.

I'd like to ask how you guys handle this situation? I use translation apps like 's Translate,' but I don't trust them 100%. 😅 Also, I'd like to know what warning signs indicate that I might not want to go to a particular clinic, such as reviews that seem fake or staff responses that seem strange.
