I've been considering getting a small cosmetic procedure done in Korea recently, but I've run into a really frustrating problem – my Korean isn't very good, and I can't understand many clinic reviews and descriptions. I've looked at some Chinese recommendations and travelogues online, but I always feel a bit uneasy and I'm not sure if that information is genuine.

Does anyone have any experience with this? For example, how do you judge if a review or recommendation is reliable? I've heard that some clinic reviews might be self-written or overly exaggerated, but I don't know how to tell specifically. Are there any red flags I should watch out for? Like overpromising results, or other suspicious signs?

Also, would anyone be willing to share their own experiences? For instance, how did you find your information sources, and how did you communicate with clinics? I'd like to hear everyone's thoughts to feel more confident. Thank you!
