When I look at reviews on various pages, it's very difficult to tell which reviews are genuine and which might be advertisements. Has anyone been in a similar situation?

Some people have told me I should look for reviews from locals or from foreigners who have already used the services, but I'm not sure if those are truly reliable. I'm wondering, for foreigners like me, what are the best ways to read reviews and verify actual clinics? And what are some red flags to watch out for when reading reviews?

For example, are these red flags: all reviews seem too good and overexaggerated, they reply to reviewer comments, or the written information looks fake? I'd love to get tips from everyone. Thank you!
