Hello, I'm Rin. I'm planning to get a minor cosmetic procedure in Korea next month, but I have to travel immediately afterward... and I'm worried about swelling.
I've heard that swelling is common after procedures, so are there any convenient items to have on hand while flying or staying in a hotel? Things like cooling sheets or toners – what do you all prepare? Also, I'm unsure about makeup during the trip. Should I go for a more subtle look right after the procedure...?
I'd be grateful for advice from anyone who has had a similar experience. Please share what was easy to carry and proved useful!

I'm also considering a similar treatment! The cold compress you mentioned is such a great idea. I have a friend who said bringing a cold mask to use on the plane during flights is really helpful. Also, drinking plenty of water and wearing loose clothing seem really important too. Good luck, and I'm looking forward to hearing about your experience after the treatment!
Rin, great work! I was thinking the same thing and really resonated with your post. Swelling tends to happen after flights, so bringing cold sheets is a great idea. I'm planning to try it next time too 😊
I went through the exact same situation last time and was really worried about swelling before flying! I brought reusable cold packs and tried to drink plenty of water, which I heard helps quite a bit. For makeup, I just used a light sunscreen and waited a few days before applying my usual makeup.
