Hello, my name is Gift, and I'm currently thinking about going to Korea for some minor cosmetic consultations. However, I'm feeling overwhelmed by the budget. It's not just the clinic expenses, but also flights, accommodation, and post-procedure self-care.
Has anyone been for this type of procedure before? I'd like to know how many days it typically takes. I need to be able to travel back and forth within a month and still manage my work. I'll definitely need to fly for at least 5-7 days. How many days of rest are required after the procedure? I don't want to go and then come back with body aches.
And budgeting is really tricky. I'm not sure what to plan for before traveling. Has anyone saved up or budgeted for these expenses before? I don't want to have to isolate myself for a long time after returning, as they say you need to take care of yourself for a while after the consultation. Does anyone have any ideas or advice? 💭

Hey Gift! I totally get the budget stress—I was in the exact same boat when I first thought about coming to Korea for treatments. Honestly, the downtime varies so much depending on what you're getting done, so I'd definitely recommend having detailed consultations before you book your flights to get a realistic sense of recovery time and whether you can actually work remotely during it. Have you thought about spacing out your trip over a longer timeframe if possible, or are you set on the one-month timeline?
