Hey everyone! I'm Shuting from Taiwan. I've been thinking about getting some medical aesthetics treatments done in Seoul lately, but I'm a bit worried about the language barrier. My English is okay, but it's not super fluent, and I don't speak Korean at all haha. I wanted to ask if anyone has had consultations in Seoul before? Do most clinics offer English services, or would it be safer to bring a translator along?
I'm really nervous that I won't be able to communicate my thoughts properly during the consultation, or that I won't understand the doctor's recommendations. Has anyone tried using translation apps or just speaking English with the doctor? How did that work out? Or should I just hire a translator to come with me to be safe?
If anyone has been to Seoul for a consultation recently, could you share your experience? I'd really like to know how you all handled this issue. Thanks!
