Should I fly to Seoul for double eyelid surgery? Please give me some advice.

My name is Ngoc, and I'm from Hanoi. I've been planning to get double eyelid surgery for a while, but I've kept postponing it for various reasons. Recently, I've heard a lot about Seoul, with its high-quality techniques and natural-looking results. However, the cost of flights, hotel accommodation, and time off work is quite expensive. I'm also unsure whether I should choose Korea or just get it done in Vietnam.

My biggest concern is post-operative care. If I fly to Seoul for the procedure and then fly back, what about long-term care and follow-up appointments? Will it be difficult being so far away? Or should I look for a reputable clinic in Vietnam a few more times before deciding to travel far?

Anyone with experience, please give me some advice. I'm considering: quality of care, total cost (including airfare and accommodation), and post-operative care. Thank you!
