I'm looking into LASIK, and while there are a lot of comments about the pain, I've also heard many people say they struggled with dryness.
My eyes tend to be a bit dry normally, so I'm worried it might get worse after LASIK.
Does the pre-operative examination for dry eyes check in detail?
I'm also wondering if it's okay to go about my daily life if I use artificial tears frequently in the beginning.
For those who have had LASIK, which was more uncomfortable, the pain or the dryness?

For the dryness, you can just use artificial tears frequently, and as for the pain, it's only tough for the first few days; it seems to completely disappear over time. Right now, all I feel is comfort. DC Ophthalmology gives really accurate eye exams, so you should go and ask them.
I think it might be dry.
I do think there might be.
