I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve changed my shampoo lately.
At first, I thought my scalp was just sensitive, but the itching keeps recurring.
It goes through a cycle of being fine one day and then getting worse again.
I wondered if the shampoo didn't agree with me, so I tried a few products known to be good for seborrheic dermatitis, but they didn't make much of a difference for me.
Even when the shampoo seems to be helping, my scalp starts itching again after a few days.
It even stings when I scratch it, which is actually quite stressful.
After looking it up, I found many posts saying that symptoms similar to mine could be seborrheic dermatitis, so I’ve started to worry even more.
Now I hesitate to just buy any seborrheic dermatitis shampoo. I’m afraid that if it doesn't suit me, it might make things worse, so I can’t easily buy one anymore. By any chance, have you used a shampoo for seborrheic dermatitis consistently and been satisfied with any product?
Ignoring advertisements for seborrheic dermatitis shampoos, please recommend any products you have actually used that worked well or any management methods you have found effective.

If you choose the wrong shampoo for seborrheic dermatitis, it really makes it worse...
What are you using now?
Shampoos for seborrheic dermatitis are useless without antifungal and anti-inflammatory ingredients. I've tried all kinds of shampoos, but since it improves by eliminating the bacteria causing the condition rather than just using shampoo, you should look for a scalp antibacterial cleanser. I suffered for years too, but I completely cured my seborrheic dermatitis after using a cleanser.
What kind of scalp bacteria cleanser is it??? Please recommend some products too ㅠㅠㅠㅠ
I use the Clmoen Scalp Bacteria Cleanser, but even if it isn't this specific one, please check the ingredients carefully and use something that can eliminate the causative bacteria. I even took a picture of the cleanser's ingredients and showed it to the doctor.
They said it was okay for seborrheic scalps, so I started using it, but even after taking medication and trying it, the problem only lasted a short time before recurring.. Catching the cause is the priority.
I also tried Clmoen after getting a recommendation, and now my pimples and itching are completely gone. The results are good, but the problem is that it's often out of stock.
I did some searching and found that there are so many people who say they have completely cured their seborrheic dermatitis...? Why did I only find out about this now? I'll give it a try. Thank you so much.
I also need to change my shampoo for seborrheic dermatitis, so thank you for the recommendation ^^
I felt the same way... washing my hair became stressful.
