Hi everyone! I'm planning to get a small procedure done while I'm in Korea next month, and I'm a bit nervous about flying back to the US a few days after. Has anyone dealt with swelling while traveling? I'm trying to figure out what products or items I should bring with me to manage it on the plane and after I get home.
I'm guessing ice packs or cooling masks might help, but I'm not sure what's actually allowed in carry-on luggage or what works best. Should I look for specific serums or sheet masks there, or should I just bring my own from home? And is there anything I should avoid doing during the flight itself?
Also, if anyone has experience with this—how long did swelling usually last for you? I want to be realistic about my expectations and not book anything important right after. Thanks so much for any advice!
