Hello ladies! I'm Salma from the UAE and I'm currently planning a cosmetic treatment trip soon. No one has told me exactly what are the best things to look out for during the recovery period. I've heard that many rely on cooling masks, soothing gels, and sheet masks for scars, but I don't know which types actually work and are worth packing.
Has anyone here tried a treatment trip like this and knows what the best products are that helped during the recovery phase? Especially things that are lightweight and easy to carry on the plane. I'm not sure if I should focus more on cooling first, or on hydration and soothing? I've also heard about silicone sheets but I'm not sure if they really help in the beginning or if it's better to wait a bit.
Any advice from those who have tried before? What are the things you truly benefited from and the things you didn't need?

Sarma, I also took a similar trip at the beginning of this year! For me, a thin sheet mask and a small spray product were the best on the plane because they were lightweight. In reality, what feels good and convenient for you during recovery might differ based on individual needs, but I believe keeping the skin hydrated and soothed is key in the early stages of recovery!
