I'm worried because the tip of my previous nose surgery seems to be drooping over time. Since this is a revision surgery, I'm being much more cautious than I was for the first one, but compiling a list of hospitals known for good revision rhinoplasty is proving harder than I thought. Does anyone happen to know of a hospital where the director provides thorough consultations and takes full responsibility for post-operative care? If you could share information about good revision rhinoplasty hospitals, I'd love to go on a consultation tour this weekend!

Look for lots of cafe reviews
Many people go to Byeol, OM, Chamin, 431, and The Nan, but I think it would be a good idea to read reviews and do some legwork to find a clinic you like.
Yerom is a clinic I've been keeping an eye on. You should check out their private procedures as well. I've been researching diligently to find a hospital that doesn't feel like a factory. I've heard they meticulously plan and execute their surgery and post-operative care, and since they design their procedures to preserve each individual's unique facial features, the overall look of the face was beautiful even just looking at the nose alone!
Try looking around the Gangnam Apgujeong area. I think there were a lot of good places there.
Since they specialize in nose surgery, the aftercare was well-organized to suit the procedure, and because of the 1:1 system, it didn't feel crowded at all. You should definitely check out Miho. It is a hospital that is already famous by word of mouth for performing nose surgeries well.
