Hi everyone, I'm Uyen from Vietnam. I'm planning to have some cosmetic treatments in Korea but I'm a bit confused by the reviews. Since I don't know much Korean, it's hard to understand what people are really saying. I can only use Google Translate or other apps, but I'm afraid I might misunderstand.

Does anyone have experience finding and evaluating reviews? Where should I look for reliable and trustworthy sources? And... are there any warning signs (red flags)? For example, reviews that are excessively positive or negative, or reviews that are illogical? I want to be sure before deciding on a place.
